Our journeys into this work began in very different ways, but led us to the same truth:

the body holds profound wisdom to heal itself when given the right support.

Natalie's path started when she left corporate life in 2016 following guidance received in a dream. What she didn't expect was that saying YES to this sacred mission would come with a mysterious illness that became her greatest teacher. Through intense purification and restoration, she discovered the power of working with the body's natural intelligence—diving deep into mineral balancing, herbal medicine, flower essences, and homeopathy. Her health crisis revealed her life's work: helping others address root causes rather than managing symptoms.

Mark's journey into wellness and holistic living began when Natalie fell ill. Throughout his childhood and into young adulthood, he'd lived an unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle, but because he didn't experience obvious problems, he figured he was fine. When Natalie got sick, he realized that was far from the truth. Mark dove deep into learning about real nutrition, avoiding toxins, understanding where food comes from, and discovering how emotions and thought patterns affect health. After exploring physically demanding martial arts, he discovered Qigong and Tai Chi, the missing piece that helped him stabilize his nervous system, rebalance his body and mind, and unlock his ability to heal from within.

Together, we realized we were walking the same path from different directions and that our combined approach creates something more powerful than either of us could offer alone.

Together, we're building One Song Grove, our home and healing arts sanctum like the Ancient Groves of the Olde in Jonesborough, TN.

A Living Sanctuary of Earth Reverence, Harmonic Healing & Soul Remembrance

One Song Grove is the physical and energetic heart of our Sacred Soul Ministry; a
place where our Forge and Flow Sanctum come alive. This ministry is a non-denominational congregation with holistic health offerings that are devoted to the restoration of coherence between Body, Earth, and Source.

Rooted in the rolling hills of Jonesborough, Tennessee, this land serves as a hidden little sanctum and a transmission site. This is a place where elemental wisdom remains, deep ecology, and harmonic healing weave together.

Here, we remember that health is not just the absence of so-called “dis-ease,” but the presence
of soul, spirit, and Earth connection in every breath.

This is a place of tuning back to the Original Song carried within all living
things. Through vibrational medicine through varying modalities, somatic mind-body movement practices, where herbal/sacred plant remedies are made, and Earth-honoring gatherings, we open a field of reconnection. This isn’t about being a place to "escape to" but a place for embodiment.

One Song Grove is held by Natalie and Mark Viglione, and all of those who will join
us here to join in congregation (not in religious tones, but in frequency!), and who are called to live in guardianship of the sacred, the land, and each other.

We walk gently, speak truth,and we plant seeds for the world to come; the Original World that’s rising that is the magick that once was.

Our vision unfolds across multiple interconnected pillars:

• One Song Grove Sanctuary – A physical land-based center featuring regenerative gardens, forest restoration, a bee sanctuary, healing spaces, and ceremonial grounds where ancient practices meet modern understanding.
• Forge & Flow Community – Our membership sanctuary offering weekly Qigong, monthly harmonic teachings, kitchen alchemy sessions, and ongoing support for those reclaiming health sovereignty.
• Educational Outreach – Free and low-cost workshops bringing herbal wisdom, regenerative living skills, and sacred earth practices to schools, community centers, and accessible venues throughout Eastern Tennessee.
• Community Food Distribution – Providing healthy, organic nourishment to families in need, recognizing that everyone deserves access to food free from chemicals and toxins.
• Sliding Scale Services – Making private sessions, flower essence alchemy, mineral balancing, and animal wellness support accessible regardless of economic circumstances.
• Ancient Crafts Revival – Through our Forge & Flow Creative Studio, we're reviving blacksmithing and other sacred crafts, creating a village-like experience where beauty and utility exist in harmony with the land.

We recognize this vision is ambitious. It will unfold gradually over the coming years, requiring time, dedication, love, and financial resources. But every day we live on this land with reverence, every garden bed we tend without chemicals, every ceremony we hold; this anchors more healing and wholeness during this pivotal time.

We are seeking grants and philanthropic support to bring this vision to its full capacity.
